How much do you charge for commission?

Our commission is charged on the total amount of goods purchased. where 0-3 million =7% Commission Over 3 million= 5.5% Commision
How much are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary depending on customers preferences. For example, On Air = K39,000.00 per KG (Arrival in 10-14 days) For general products On Air = K56,000.00 per piece (Arrival in 10-14 days) For Phones On Sea = 180 USD per CBM (A size of 1meter by 1meter by 1meter) (Arrival in 60 days)
Do the prices displayed on the website include shipping fees and Commission?

NO! the prices on the website are just the exact prices for the goods on the Chinese market displayed in Malawian Kwacha. An additional fee for shipping will be added to the product price according to the customers preferences for either sea or air shipping and a commission according to the total coast for the products.
How many days does the product take to reach Malawi?

At PIE Store, we understand the importance of a quick turnaround for our customers. Therefore, orders shipped by air take 10-14 days to arrive and orders shipped by sea take 60 days to arrive.
How do I make payments for my orders?

We currently do not accept payments on the website. After you complete and submit your order. our team will contact you according to the details you provide on the website to guide you on the payments. We accept payments from all local banks, mobile money wallets and Cash. You can also contact us on our WhatsApp hotline to complete the payments on +265 989 438 294.
How will the products get to me?

As soon as the products get to Malawi, we will contact you and you can either choose a doorstep delivery at an extra cost or pick it yourself from our offices.
